We used this injection for a fresh ham we smoked for Thanksgiving.  This was more than enough for a 20 pound ham.

We smoked the ham until it reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees, wrapped in foil and continued cooking until the internal temperature reached 190 degrees.  The total cook time was 8 hours.
