Smoked turkey for Christmas on my Kingsford Sierra Grill, injected and smoked at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Used white oak and Kingsford charcoal.
The ingredients I used for the injection were:
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon finely ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
