Ingredients
2 racks pork ribs

Apple wood or hickory pellets
Instructions
Preheat smoker to 250°F.
Remove membrane from ribs and apply seasoning generously.
Smoke ribs for 3 hours uncovered.
Wrap ribs in foil and smoke 2 more hours.
