30 Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with any product or item ordered through our PopsBBQPit.com BBQ Shop. This is our guarantee to you.

You can return any product or item for replacement or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

If you need to return any of the products or items ordered through PopsBBQPit.com BBQ Shop, contact us at support@popsbbqpit.com. You will need to include your Order Number and reason for return.

Our Guarantee:

We love what we do and we want you to love what we do as well!  If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to let us know so we can fix the problem! 

Just email us at support@popsbbqpit.com so we can make it right. If your product arrived in less than perfect condition, we will ship a replacement out to you immediately, and, of course, the shipping cost is on us!

Refund/Return Procedure:

If you’ve changed your mind, ordered too much, or decide you would like a refund for whatever reason at all, that’s perfectly fine too! Just snap a picture of the item(s) you are returning, attach it in an email to support@popsbbqpit.com, and let us  know it’s on the way back to us. 

Upon receiving your return, we will remit a refund in the manner in which you paid within 1 business day.
